By accessing or using Barrel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
When you purchase a license for Barrel, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or internal business use on your own devices. Redistribution, sublicensing, or resale is strictly prohibited.
We offer a 14-day free trial of Barrel. No payment is required to start the trial. After the trial expires, access to the app will be disabled unless a license is purchased. There is no automatic billing or conversion to a paid plan.
Each user is eligible for one free trial. To continue using Barrel after the trial, a license must be purchased manually through our website.
The 14-day free trial is intended for evaluation purposes only and is limited to one trial per user or organization. Any attempt to circumvent this limitation — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using disposable email addresses, or manipulating system files — is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access to Barrel.
We offer a 30-day refund policy on all paid licenses. If you're not satisfied with Barrel, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days.
You agree not to use Barrel for any unlawful or harmful purpose, or in any way that may disrupt the app or services. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any technical restrictions in the software.
You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense Barrel without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barrel and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies even if the app fails to perform as expected or causes system-level issues.
Barrel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
You assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license and access to Barrel at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and destroy any copies in your possession.
Barrel, including all code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of its developers. You may not use our name, branding, or assets without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Manitoba law.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via the app or our website. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
